Getting started

1. Add the App from the authorization link provided by your organizer, or from the Zoom App Marketplace.
2. Join a Zoom meeting as the host or co-host.
3. Open Apps in the meeting toolbar and select AIO Breakout Rooms Editor.

Common questions

• Breakout controls are greyed out. Breakout-room actions require the host or co-host role. Make sure you are the meeting host or co-host.
• A participant is not matched. Matching uses email first (with display name as a fallback). Ask participants to consent to sharing their email, or add them to the roster by name.
• Nothing happens when I open the App. Ensure your Zoom desktop client is version 7.0.5 or later.
