1. Overview

AIO Breakout Rooms Editor ("the App") is a client-only Zoom App with no backend server. All processing happens inside the user's Zoom client (embedded browser). The provider of the App does not collect, store, or transmit any user or participant data.

2. Information the App accesses

To assign participants to breakout rooms, the App reads the following through the Zoom Apps SDK, only during an active meeting:

• Meeting participants' display names and participant UUIDs
• Verified email addresses, obtained only through Zoom's participant email-consent flow, used solely to match participants to the host's roster
• The host's meeting context (role and meeting information)
• A roster file (CSV) that the host optionally loads from their own device

3. How the information is used

The information above is used only to assign participants to breakout rooms within the current meeting. It is not used for any other purpose.

4. Storage, transmission, and sharing

• Data is processed in the browser's memory only and is never transmitted to or stored on any server operated by the provider (the App has no backend).
• If the host downloads the roster as a CSV, that file is saved on the host's own device. The App does not upload it anywhere.
• No cookies, analytics, or tracking are used.
• No data is sold or shared with third parties.

5. Third-party services

The App runs inside the Zoom client and uses the Zoom Apps SDK to operate meeting features. Zoom's handling of data is governed by the privacy policy of Zoom Video Communications, Inc.

6. Data retention and deletion

Because the App stores nothing, any data held temporarily in the browser is cleared when the App is closed, the page is reloaded, or the meeting ends. Any CSV the host saved is managed and deleted by the host.

7. Your data rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal information, and to data portability. Because the App does not retain any personal data, there is no stored data for the provider to access, correct, or delete; the data handled in the browser can be cleared at any time by closing or reloading the App or ending the meeting.
